Jill & David’s wedding at Lauritzen Gardens was one of the most incredible events I have had the honor of photographing. Designed and produced by the one and only Lovestruck Events, this gorgeous summer wedding was full of intentional details that blended throughout their three iconic Omaha venues.

The day started off at Cottonwood hotel where the bride and groom opted for a non-traditional getting ready moment and sharing in this time together with their wedding party. The couple traveled to their ceremony site at Joslyn Art Museum where they met their adorable Golden Retriever for portraits on the grand staircase. The ceremony took place inside the ornate Fountain Room with some of their closest friends and family.

The cocktail hour and reception took place at Lauritzen Gardens which is one of my absolute favorites in all of Omaha. The landscapes of lush florals and the gorgeous greenhouse makes for such incredible portraits. We even snuck away for some time with the couple during golden hour for the most gorgeous, casual portraits in the fields behind the gardens.

Lovestruck always has a way of incorporating incredible custom installations and thoughtful details into every event. From the custom built seating chart and circular bar, to the late night snacks, the stage facet – no detail went unnoticed. Such a gorgeous day for one of the most genuine couples I have ever met.
